By using EV Grids (evgrids.in), the mobile app, or our API, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Service description
EV Grids provides trip-planning tools, route suggestions, charging-stop rankings, and educational content. The service is offered "as is" for personal and non-commercial planning unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Acceptable use
- Do not scrape, bulk-query, or reverse-engineer the API in ways that impair service for others.
- Do not misrepresent EV Grids as an official product of any vehicle or charging brand.
- Do not upload unlawful, abusive, or misleading content through feedback or other forms.
- Respect rate limits and robots policies; automated access may be blocked.
Routes, chargers, and estimates
Driving routes come from third-party mapping data. Charger lists combine cached public data and live lookups. State of charge, range, cost, and stop timing are estimates based on presets and assumptions — they are not guaranteed accurate for your vehicle, driving style, weather, or real-time site conditions.
You are responsible for safe driving, obeying traffic laws, and verifying that a charger is operational, accessible, and compatible before you rely on it.
Third-party services
Google Maps Platform, hosting providers, and database services process data needed to operateEV Grids. Their terms and privacy policies apply to those services. Opening Google Maps navigation leaves evgrids.in and is subject to Google's terms.
Accounts and saved trips
Optional Google sign-in syncs saved trips to your account. We may suspend access if we detect abuse. You may stop using the service and request deletion via contact.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EV Grids and Raza Sikander are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including stranded vehicles, missed appointments, or costs arising from unavailable chargers, wrong routes, or incorrect estimates — arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms or the service at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted on the changelog when practical.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in India unless mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.
