EV Grids is operated by Raza Sikander. For bugs, corridor corrections, charger updates, press, or partnership enquiries, use email or the in-site feedback form. This is a small independent project: there is no phone support line and no 24/7 chat.
Please include the route (origin → destination), vehicle preset if relevant, and a link to a shared trip when reporting planning issues. For a wrong pin, add the station name as shown on the stop card and what you observed (closed, different connector, moved location, tariff mismatch).
What you can report

Use email or the footer Feedback form and pick the closest category. Include origin → destination, vehicle preset, station name, and what you observed.
What we can and cannot change overnight
Charging listings come from maps data and enrichment. A single report helps; it does not instantly rewrite Google’s listing. We can down-rank or flag sites, fix our corridor copy, and correct vehicle presets. We cannot remotely repair a broken gun or refund an operator session. Accuracy limits are documented on charger data & accuracy.
Corrections to guides and corridors
Corridor guides and trip guides are updated when we verify new infrastructure or seasonal patterns. If a listed stop has closed or a highway detour is missing, email the corridor slug (for example hyderabad-to-visakhapatnam). Educational pages — how it works, charging guide, range & SOC, trip cost — also take factual corrections.
Press and partnerships
For interviews, dataset questions, or non-affiliate mentions, email with “Press” or “Partnership” in the subject. We do not sell exclusive routing APIs over this form.
